Use this form to register for courses if you are admitted or currently enrolled as a degree-seeking or non-degree student and are unable to register using LEO Online. Modified 01/2007 to include individual override indicators and signatures required for maximum credit hour waiver.
Additional Information
This form is also used to drop and add classes during the drop/add period or to withdraw from classes prior to the withdraw deadline. Consult the Academic Calendar for the current semester to determine the exact dates and deadlines.
